What to include in an enquiry

• Stores — an IMPA or ISSA coded requisition, plus the vessel's ETA and ETD.
• Spares — maker, equipment model, serial or rating-plate number, part number, and the position number from the maker's drawing.
• Repairs — the defect list, and the window available between arrival and departure.
• Safety servicing — certificate expiry dates, and the makers and types of the equipment to be attended.
• Underwater work — the vessel's location, draft, and whether a class survey credit is required.
