What we supply

• Provisions — fresh, chilled, frozen and dry goods, handled under cold chain with batch labelling and shelf-life tracking. Special diets (halal, vegetarian, allergen-aware) on request.
• Bonded stores — beverages, tobacco and duty-free items, moved under customs seal with the accompanying paperwork prepared in advance.
• Deck stores — mooring ropes and tails, pilot ladders, shackles, hatch tape, paint and painting equipment, PPE, spill kits.
• Engine stores — filters, gaskets, seals, packing, hoses, fittings, hand tools, welding consumables, cleaning chemicals and lubricants.
• Cabin and galley — bedding and linen, cookware, tableware, toiletries, cleaning materials, stationery.
• Safety and medical — SOLAS-approved safety items and medical stores supplied with their certificates, ready for class and PSC inspection.

Ordering

• The fastest route to a quote is an IMPA or ISSA coded requisition. Those catalogues exist so that a six-digit code replaces a written description, which removes the main source of error in ship supply: two parties picturing different items from the same words.
• Where a code isn't available, a photograph of the item together with the maker's name and any marking on the body is usually enough. A written description on its own is the slowest option and the one most likely to produce the wrong article.
• Send the vessel's ETA and ETD with the requisition. Delivery is planned backwards from ETD, and knowing the window up front is what allows short-notice items to be sourced rather than substituted.

Delivery

Alongside at berth, by launch to anchorage, or to the yard during a repair period. Deliveries outside working hours are normal in this trade and are arranged as a matter of course.
